The main level holds a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances and dishwasher, a dining area off the kitchen, and a living room with Smart TV. Three full bathrooms are distributed across the two floors — three bathrooms for ten guests handles the morning rush better than most 4-bedroom rentals.
Four bedrooms hold a total of six real beds, with a bunk setup in one bedroom for kids or extra sleepers. A vehicle is required — all of Colorado’s mountain activities need one, and there is no regular public transit between Imogene Cir and the ski areas.
Driving access: Imogene Cir sits just off US-24, the main north-south highway through the Leadville corridor. Ski Cooper is 15 minutes north on US-24. Copper Mountain and Vail are east via I-70 (30 min and 45 min respectively). Downtown Leadville is 5 minutes south.
Parking: 2-car garage plus a driveway for 2–3 additional vehicles. The driveway is plowed in winter.
Denver International Airport (DEN) is 2 hr 15 min via I-70 and US-24. Eagle County Airport (EGE) is 50 min via I-70. Colorado Springs is ~2 hr 45 min.

ALTITUDE: Imogene Circle sits at approximately 10,100 feet. Plan your first 24 hours easy: drink double your usual water, ease up on alcohol, and avoid heavy exertion the day you arrive. Symptoms of altitude sickness include headache, nausea, and shortness of breath. We cannot offer refunds for altitude sickness — if you’re prone, consider travel insurance.
NO A/C: Nights in the Leadville area run 40s–50s even in July. Windows and cross-breezes handle daytime warmth. A/C is not installed and is not needed at this elevation.
HOT TUB: Private hot tub on the back deck. Hot tub instructions are included in your arrival email. Please shower before using.
NO PETS: Imogene Home is a pet-free home. Bringing a pet may result in removal or an added cleaning charge.
TRASH: Please roll the trash bin to the curb on Friday morning if staying through the weekend.
WILDLIFE: The home is in a wooded residential area at elevation. Expect the occasional insect or small critter. Keep doors closed. We pest-treat regularly.
CHILDREN: Families are welcome. The home is not child-proofed — please supervise young children, particularly around the hot tub and deck.

The location is engineered for ski groups — a 15-minute drive north to Ski Cooper, a 30-minute drive east to Copper Mountain, and a 45-minute drive to Vail via I-70. Yet downtown Leadville's Harrison Avenue (with Periodic Brewing, High Mountain Pies, Treeline Kitchen, Melanzana fleece, and the Tabor Opera House) is just 5 minutes south by car.
Year-round outdoor access from the property includes: Mineral Belt Trail (5–7 min drive), Mt. Elbert and Mt. Massive trailheads (30 min south), Twin Lakes recreation area (30 min south), Leadville fishery and the Arkansas River headwaters, Ski Cooper (15 min north), Copper Mountain (30 min east), Vail / Beaver Creek (45 min east), and Independence Pass to Aspen (1.5–2 hr in summer only; pass closed November–May).
The neighborhood is residential and wooded, with full privacy from the back deck and hot tub. Quiet evenings, easy access.
