This apartment provides easy access to Paris’ iconic sites, cultural attractions and lively restaurants. With its sophisticated design and practical amenities, Felice provides a stylish and comfortable base for your Parisian adventures. With an area of ​​44 square meters, Felice is characterized by elaborate decoration and modern layout. Upon entering you will find an open and welcoming living room equipped with a full entertainment system, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. An office provides a quiet corner for work or creative pursuits. The dining room connects harmoniously to the living room, with a table that provides an ideal setting for enjoying meals or planning your day. The fully equipped kitchen, with all the necessary appliances, allows you to prepare your favorite dishes with ease. The bedroom offers a serene retreat, with a comfortable queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, with a relaxing bathtub, for added convenience and privacy. The beach theme in the bedroom and throughout the apartment adds a touch of tranquility to the ambiance. A sofa bed in the living room can accommodate guests. *This apartment can be reserved for a period of one month and up to ten months. *Pets are welcome, but fees may apply. Customers will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held responsible for noise (construction or street noise) outside the apartment. We also cannot be held responsible for rooms without air conditioning (any rooms with air conditioning will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.
