Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe
Espiel is a serene 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unique property with an impressive 79 square meters spread inspired by grassland. This apartment benefits from funky surroundings, in the trendy Arroios neighborhood. Lisbon artists, musicians, and creatives flock here for fun and revival. When the day is finished, come home to Espiel for absolute indulgence.
This unique property, with its remarkable bedroom and modern bathroom, is a mark above the rest. The large bedroom has a queen size bed with elegant flower paintings above it. Light streams in throughout the space through the door that leads to the terrace. Guests can also enjoy the dedicated workstation and lounging nook in the bedroom. The bathroom is chic in design with a double sink and walk-in shower.
The open plan living room and kitchen area keeps the grassland theme alive through its use of dried grass hangings and wooden touches. The living room has a full entertainment system and a comfortable couch to relax on, or on a sunny day, guests can easily access the terrace through the doors to relax outside. As with all our apartments, Espiel’s kitchen is fully equipped, so guests can make food and enjoy it at the table top or at the kitchen counter. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues.
*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
