Old Saint Vincent HOA Rules: -This property is NOT pet friendly. -Smoke-Free building (includes unit balconies, stairways & entryways) -Parking limited to 2 vehicles per unit (additional vehicles on street) -No RVs, boats, or trailers in the parking lot Heads Up: This historic building has poor insulation and old windows, causing cold temperatures in winter. We provide space heaters, extra blankets, and electric baseboard & wall-mounted heaters, but be prepared for cold days. For guests with infants/children: -No elevator; stairs must be used within the building -Baseboard heating is present; guardians must ensure children don’t touch baseboards to avoid burns Staying in the mountains offers a unique and nature-immersed experience, characterized by a rustic charm. You might occasionally encounter some of the local wildlife, insects, and small critters that are part of the natural surroundings. We recommend keeping doors securely closed whenever possible. Rest assured, we’ve implemented thorough measures to ensure your stay remains undisturbed by these natural inhabitants. Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.
