We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Doñana is a spectacular apartment in Madrid’s Ríos Rosas. This classy neighborhood has a perfect balance to it. Mostly quiet and residential, it also features one of Madrid’s main streets for tapas bars. Calle Pozano is lined with excellent options, and is the local’s choice for a tapas crawl. What sets Doñana apart is its stunning open area, containing the living and dining areas, along with the kitchen. The design and the furniture are beautiful examples of our grassland theme. At the end is a furnished balcony, which makes a great option for a morning coffee, or a romantic meal in the evening. The kitchen is fully fitted, and has plenty of counter space to work on. Doñana’s bedroom is also a wonderful, open space. It has a soft, double bed, a dedicated workstation, and its own private balcony. Perfect for making the most of the balmy Spanish evenings. The stylish bathroom is fully equipped, and complete with a large, walk-in shower. All rooms are air conditioned, and the building even has a concierge service. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
