Cazalla - 2 bedrooms and office in Gràcia

Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe Cazalla’s design is evocative of the calm and open atmosphere of the grassland. Hailing in the heart of Gracia, Cazalla provides restoration inside the home and a vibrant backdrop on the outside. Gracia is full of eclectic pop-up shops and a variety of fusion restaurants fit for a foodie. After a stroll through the streets of Barcelona, there’s nothing better than relaxing at home. As well as 2 bedrooms, all of which are fully furnished, Cazalla also boasts 2 bathrooms, which have been elegantly decorated. The first bedroom has a queen size bed in the center and is also adorned with an ensuite bathroom, complete with a spa-like tub, and access to a private sun drenched balcony. The second bedroom fits a single size bed that is accurately decorated in a grassland theme. Across from it is the second chic bathroom, also with a bathtub for absolute indulgence. For any work-related needs, there is a fully equipped office room with a dedicated workstation. The living room has a full entertainment system and dried grass touches to bring the space together. Guests are welcome to enjoy a meal at the wooden table top in the living room or outside on the second private balcony. With outside space galore, Cazalla also offers a large shared terrace with space for eating, lounging, and hosting, creating the perfect escape within the center of Barcelona. As always, Cazalla comes with a thoroughly equipped kitchen. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *Please note that the building amenities such as the pool, terrace, and/or gym may have specific hours of operation and might not be available year-round. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Property Manager may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations.
