Can Rabis is a fantastic Finca located a short distance from Ullaró (Campanet), a small and picturesque town 20 minutes from the beautiful sandy beaches of the north coast of the island, such as Formentor, Playa de Muro, Alcudia, etc. .
The Finca sits on a plot of about 7,000 square meters, where you will find the privacy you desire. You will enjoy the entire property exclusively. Next to the house there is a swimming pool and solarium area, surrounding the house you will find pleasant and large porches that produce pleasant shade. A gas barbecue and summer dining area, an outdoor seating area, a basketball hoop and a foosball table complete the outdoor amenities.
Inside, there is air conditioning and central heating in all rooms of the house, there are also 2 fireplaces, one in the main living room and another in the kitchen. There are a total of 4 beautiful double rooms and 3 full bathrooms. The rooms are distributed as follows: 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the ground floor. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the upper floor. We would like to inform you that a small section of the road leading to the house is not paved. However, it is in good condition and perfectly accessible with any type of car – there is no need for a 4x4 vehicle.
