Moments from the seafront, on the first floor, you’ll find this beautiful, bright, contemporary 2 bedroom apartment.
It’s a bijoux and cosy apartment, perfect for friends and family, business and leisure. It’s fully equipped with absolutely everything you will need for a fantastic short or longer stay.
You can easily walk to everything that Brighton and Hove has to offer including the vibrant promenade for independent shops, Church Road for cafes, restaurants and bars. Churchill Square for high street shopping, the South Lanes, the beach, Brighton Pier and the i360 all easily accessible too. The location could not be better.
The living room is uplifting with gorgeous high ceilings, a beautiful bay window flooding the room with light, bright colours, funky cushions, and a lovely luxurious sofa. You can even see the sea from here.
The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of crockery, cutlery, cookware and glassware. There’s also a microwave, oven/hob, dishwasher and a fridge. Next to the kitchen is a dining table for four, so you can cook up a lovely brunch and sit at the table with a leisurely coffee. There is a hot water tap (no kettle needed!) and plenty of complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and cooking basics are provided. For coffee lovers, there’s also a Krups Nespresso Essenza Mini coffee machine.
The master bedroom with king size bed is a lovely calm space with modern bedside lamps and a double storage rail. The second bedroom also has a comfortable double bed and the finest ’hotel quality’ bedding.
The bathroom is simply divine with a wonderfully large shower head, ideal for that post beach scrub!
- Fresh bed linen, plenty of towels and toiletries are provided for all guests.
- There’s also a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, Smart TV and a Nespresso coffee machine!
PARKING
If you are driving, you can park at Norton Road car park - a mere 5 mins walk away.
Please ask if you have any questions at all, we are here 7 days a week to assist you and ensure you have a wonderful stay.
Guests have access to the whole house privately to themselves for the dates of their stay.
PARKING
Just a 5 minute walk from King Alfred’s car park on the sea front where you can park for from just £12.60 a day.
WALKING
From the apartment, you can walk to everything you’ll want to see during your stay - the beach, the i360, restaurants, pubs, cafes, shopping at Churchill Square, independent shops in the North Laine, etc.
TRAIN
Hove train station is just 1km away. Brighton Station is just a 30-minute walk from the apartment with regular trains to London Victoria, St Pancras, and Gatwick Airport. A taxi or Uber from the station would take approximately ten minutes.
BUS
There are numerous buses if you prefer to jump on a bus - they are regular and easy to use and accept contactless payment.
BIKE
Brighton’s Social Bike scheme allows you to hire a bike from one of the many hubs all around the city and pay by the hour. There’s a great cycle path along the seafront which goes all the way from Saltdean, past the cliffs of Rottingdean, Brighton Beach, along to the iconic beach huts of Hove Lawns. There are hubs all over the city.
Please note that there is no smoking in the property, there will be a fine of £50 for smoking indoors.

About the area
The apartment is in a vibrant but not too busy part of town. It is just a stone's throw from the beach and a short walk to Hove Lawns for the i360 Tower, or stroll along the beach to Brighton or to Shoreham. You can easily walk to Hove train station that's about 1km away.
There is a Co-op supermarket at the bottom of the road. You also have a Tesco superstore and a pharmacy nearby.
There is a launderette a few minutes away on Church Road where you'll also find plenty of lovely independent shops, cafes and restaurant.
For fitness, head to St Alfreds pool, gym and car park and The Gym Group (day passes available), for Yoga /Pilates head to Revitalise (includes massage & beauty treatments). Or stroll down to Hove Lagoon for seafront Paddleboarding.
