A spacious and beautifully designed 1 bedroom loft apartment located in a quiet yet vibrant neighbourhood of Brighton. With a stunning contemporary monochrome bathroom, the flat is filled with natural light, with some pops of colour. The apartment is furnished with all you need for a perfect stay including a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, smart T.V, dining table, a comfortable double bed and a brand new, super comfortable sofa bed. This split-level apartment is set over 3 storeys. As you enter the property you will be greeted with a lovely and light entrance hall.
WORK SPACE
As you walk up the stairs to the first landing you will be welcomed with a designated work area furnished with a desk and chair - the Wifi is excellent. This is located next to a full height, large window so there is plenty of natural light.
As you make your way up the second set of stairs you will find the bedroom to your left.
BEDROOM
The beautifully designed bedroom with a feature wall is completed with a comfortable double bed and a chest of drawers, where you can store all of your belongings in your home away from home. Plenty of fresh hotel linen and towels are provided.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is located just across the stairs, you’ll find the kitchen fully equipped with everything you may need to cook a delicious meal during your stay; there’s an oven, electric hob, fridge and freezer, microwave plus all of the conventional appliances you may find in your home. You will also find plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery. Additionally we offer complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, and cooking oil - so please help yourself to whatever you may need.
LIVING-ROOM and DINING-ROOM
The bright and airy living room/dining room is the perfect place for you to relax and watch your favourite movies and TV shows on the smart TV provided. You can also use the aerial to watch of your favourite channels. The dining table sits 4, perfect for friends or a couple to enjoy a meal or a board game.
BATHROOM
The showstopper of this apartment is the newly refurbished fully tiled bathroom offers a great place for you to relax and enjoy a hot bath. We offer complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash and fresh towels.
A hairdryer, iron and ironing board are available for guests to use.
LOCATION
Located in a quiet residential area surrounded by beautiful Victorian houses, you can easily walk to the beach, supermarket or to great cafes, pubs and restaurants. For shopping, walk or jump on a bus into the centre of Brighton.
Located less than a 10 minute walk from Brighton train station. The nearest paid daily parking is on Julian Road, just a few minutes walk away
Guests have access to the whole apartment privately to themselves for the duration of their stay.
WALKING
From this location, you can walk to the beach and all the other highlights that Brighton has to offer.
TRAINS
Brighton train station is less than 0.5 miles away with frequent trains to London Victoria, St Pancras and beyond.
TAXIS & UBER
There will be lots of taxis available outside the train station if you wish to take a taxi to St Michaels Place when you arrive. Uber is also available in Brighton.
BUSES
the closest bus stops on Western Road outside and opposite Waitrose Supermarket. Travelling around the city by bus is very easy as the service is great and regular.
BIKES
Brighton’s Social Bike scheme allows you to hire a bike from one of the many hubs all around the city and pay by the hour. There’s a great cycle path along the seafront which goes all the way from Saltdean, past the cliffs of Rottingdean, Brighton Beach, along to the iconic beach huts of Hove Lawns. The closest one is on Western Road.

This apartment is in a quiet residential street in Brighton, with striking Victorian architecture and sea views from many streets. Moments from the sea, you can also stroll to many of Brighton's best cafes, shops and restaurants. Also near to a Waitrose supermarket, and a pharmacy.
Everything Brighton has to offer is easily accessible on foot: Seven Dials for the best coffee at Small Batch and fresh pastries at Flour Pot Bakery. Head to Brighton Pier for fish and chips, stroll to the i360 for the very best views of the city from the top of tower. Hove Lawns, runs parallel to the sea and is a great space for a picnic, a run, dog walk or meeting friends. Head to Churchill Square for shopping, the Brighton Museum, the Theatre Royal, Brighton Dome and the best restaurants in town! The choices of things to do are endless!
