The Neighborhood

The house is located in the Hanover area of Brighton; it's a friendly and vibrant neighbourhood with lots going on. It's nice and quiet, but is also within easy reach of local pubs and gigs (try the music at the nearby Greys pub on Southover St!), restaurants (like Carlito's on York Place) and great independent shops a hop away in the North Laine, including ethical supermarket heroes HisBe, with lots of vegan and organic options. It's also just a short walk to Brighton beach and Palace Pier and the city centre for shopping and culture.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,- Please take your shoes off when inside the property. - Please be considerate to neighbours at all times. - Please be considerate to, as per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking and no parties please, at all times. - Any lost keys and keys not returned to correct location will incur a charge. If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £25. - Unless agreed in advance a late check out will incur a fee of £50 per hour. - There will be a fine of £50 for smoking indoors.
