It can accommodate up to ten people and consists of four bedrooms and four bathrooms, distributed between the main house and an annex. Outside, in the garden, there are shaded dining areas, a swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and covered relaxation areas, with views of olive and citrus trees. The location is ideal for easy access to both the Ionian and Adriatic coasts, as well as the historic villages of the Itria Valley. The owners’ house is located behind the annex, with a separate entrance and without sharing outdoor spaces.
