Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Modern meets classic in this 68 square meter beauty. Atuh demonstrates its artful design throughout the entire one-bedroom, one-bathroom home. Whether guests choose to enjoy the bustling Born neighborhood, head to the private rooftop terrace for some sun or relax in Atuh’s stunning interiors, the options are endless. Mixed medium flooring grabs the eye as the entrance immediately opens up to a blend of classic Barcelona tiling and wood flooring. The door to the right of the entrance leads to the detached bathroom. A contemporary concept fills the space with a stone vessel sink, walk-in shower, and bold checkered flooring. Back through the entrance, the space reveals a stunning kitchen and dining area with exposed wooden beams and high ceilings hanging overhead. Modern appliances and all the necessary cooking utensils invite guests to create a delectable meal while the three-top dining set emboldens them to enjoy it. To the left of the space is the dedicated workstation. Stepping further into Atuh’s space, guests will find an exquisitely cosmopolitan living room. Whitewashed brick frames the high-end furnishings. Walk past the wooden room divider to find the bedroom, boasting bliss and relaxation. Creamy textiles cover the queen-sized bed. Built-in closet space sits to the right of the room. For freshness, this apartment comes equipped with air conditioning in the Living Room. All bedding and linens are provided. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Property Manager may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations.
