Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Amandi takes inspiration from Ribeira Sacra, one of Spain’s most famous regions for wines. Cork details and earth tones standout in the design of this 95 square meter 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment located in Barcelona’s Gracia neighborhood. The open living area sees a modern kitchen finished with wood cabinets and equipped with cooking appliances and utensils. Next to the kitchen, the dining area fitted with a round table is decorated with a one-of-a-kind painting complementing the colourful tiles throughout the space. Natural light illuminates the living room, characterized by a custom made cork wall facing the couch. The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, ample storage space, and a full-sized mirror. The second bedroom has a dedicated work area separated by a curtain behind the queen-sized bed. The bathroom has a full shower. All towels and linens are brand new. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Property Manager may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations.
