Oak Wood Lodge
Find unmatched luxury in both style and setting at this Park City mountain lodge, gorgeously situated overlooking the peaks and slopes of Deer Valley Resort. This is a truly coveted retreat - a place to curl up by multiple fireplaces, unwind from your daily adventures in your very own hot tub and sauna, and reconnect with loved ones over movies in the home theater and family tournaments in the game room.
This stately lodge abuts two acres of open space in The Oaks of Deer Valley, a highly desirable neighborhood that offers solitude, scenery, as well as close proximity to the best of Park City. Ample parking - including a three-car garage - helps you come and go with ease, whether you’re off to Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort, or the renowned restaurants, art galleries, and Sundance Film Festival events that line Main Street (all two miles).
No matter if you spend your days skiing, hiking, or enjoying Deer Valley this home is a joy to return to. Gorgeous views and luxe details await at every turn, from cathedral ceilings and heated floors to stone fireplaces (two wood-burning, two gas-powered) throughout.
The house is a grand space for gathering, with the gourmet kitchen offering a large Viking gas range, double ovens, a pair of dishwashers, other top-of-the-line appliances, and both a breakfast nook and an adjacent formal dining area. Your guests can’t help but be entertained, between the window-lined living room, the movie room (complete with a wet bar and popcorn machine), the game room with billiards and foosball, and multiple decks for summer barbecues.
Still, the house is every bit the family escape, with a beautifully appointed kids’ play loft, all sorts of nooks for playing board games, and a telescope for nightly stargazing. Retreat to the well-equipped home office to catch up on work for a few hours, enjoy the convenience of two laundry rooms, and sleep soundly in the evenings in five bedrooms - each with an en suite bathroom. The primary suite sits beneath lofty ceilings on the main level, offering its own fireplace, sitting area, balcony, and jetted tub. Another bedroom highlight is the children’s suite upstairs, with its fairytale-inspired beds, two-way fireplace, and jetted tub.
