When you aren’t streaming your favorite show on the living room’s smart TV, enjoy the fresh sea breeze from the private balcony. Or, head for the community’s private beach, clubhouse, and pool. Spend your afternoons crabbing, fishing, biking, walking, and browsing at nearby boutiques and shopping centers - accessible within a five-minute walk. A paved, seven-mile bike trail is also accessible from your stay, and private beach access is roughly an eight-minute walk. Myrtle Beach is an additional 30-minute drive to the north and Charleston is an hour and a half to the south. An extra bonus, there is a large parking lot adjacent to the beach that is conveniently located for effortless travel with coolers, beach chairs, and towels. Even during the summer months, there are ample vacant parking spots available. Things to Know Litchfield by the Sea charges a mandatory resort fee of $15 per night, capped at $210. The fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Property Manager South Carolina LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
