NAU is only a mile away.
This splendid property is made up of two separate retreats: a two-story main house and a separate guest house. As soon as you enter this gorgeous Victorian-style home, you will discover a craftsman style with a bright and open floor plan. Spread out comfortably in the inviting living room offering a gas fireplace, a sectional sofa and a sofa chair, and a large smart TV with an Xbox to keep you entertained and informed during your stay. The well-appointed kitchen features modern, high-end appliances that will make cooking a breeze, so don’t hesitate to put on the chef’s apron and surprise your loved ones with their favorite recipes! Adjacent to the kitchen is a gorgeous dry bar with a wine fridge and a formal dining table. The main floor also houses a designated laundry room with a stacked washer/dryer.
Upstairs, you will find a lofted rec area and all three bedrooms. The lofted area enjoys gym equipment (dumbbells and an elliptical), a second smart TV with streaming, and numerous board games. The spacious primary suite boasts a seating area with chairs and sofas and an exquisite en suite bath with a jetted tub, a glass-enclosed shower, and a double vanity. When it comes to outdoor living, this charming home away from home has a covered front porch and an open rear paver patio courtyard with an outdoor dining area and a shared gas grill.
The charming guest house boasts an enclosed backyard with an inviting seating area to unwind, gather with your loved ones, and enjoy a memorable time outdoors. If the weather is nice enough, surprise your friends with a delicious barbecue with the gas grill provided. The yard and grill are shared with the main house.
Inside, the home enjoys a welcoming open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Discover an inviting living room with a double-sided gas fireplace, several books, and a smart TV with streaming services. This is a wonderful spot to spread out comfortably with your friends, catch up on your favorite series, and relax. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to prepare delicious homemade meals and the dishwasher will make cleaning up a breeze. The laundry area with a stacked washer/dryer is attached to the kitchen. The primary bedroom enjoys the other side of the gas fireplace and has high ceilings, a ceiling fan, and sofas.
