As soon as you enter this gorgeous Victorian-style home, you will discover a craftsman style with a bright and open floor plan. Spread out comfortably in the inviting living room offering a gas fireplace, a sectional sofa and a sofa chair, and a large smart TV with an Xbox to keep you entertained and informed during your stay. The well-appointed kitchen features modern, high-end appliances that will make cooking a breeze, so don’t hesitate to put on the chef’s apron and surprise your loved ones with their favorite recipes! Adjacent to the kitchen is a gorgeous dry bar with a wine fridge and a formal dining table. The main floor also houses a designated laundry room with a stacked washer/dryer. Upstairs, you will find a lofted rec area and all three bedrooms. The lofted area enjoys gym equipment (dumbbells and an elliptical), a second smart TV with streaming, and numerous board games. The spacious primary suite boasts a seating area with chairs and sofas and an exquisite en suite bath with a jetted tub, a glass-enclosed shower, and a double vanity. When it comes to outdoor living, this charming home away from home has a covered front porch and an open rear paver patio courtyard with an outdoor dining area and a shared gas grill. The charming guest house boasts an enclosed backyard with an inviting seating area to unwind, gather with your loved ones, and enjoy a memorable time outdoors. There are also multiple fans to aid with hot days. For the winter, both homes do have central heat.
