Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- - Access to the villa must compulsorily take place after the staff has completed the sanitization and therefore not before 4pm.
- The staff will communicate to the owner or his representative the expected time for access and he to the guests.
- - All travellers benefit with 6% Agency Fees payment the Allianz TRAVEL EASY policy to cover cancellation, medical expenses, travel assistance and lost/damaged baggage and the RARO CARE Service to cover any accidents to the property.
- With RARO CARE Service you will be covered for any damages exceeding €100.00 and up to €5,000.00
- Housekeeping 2h / day: Monday to Friday
- Gardener: once a week
- Pool Maintenance: once a week
- ***Staircase leading to only one room: We can call it a Mezzanine, or Kids/Teenager room
- Arrival between 16:00 and 00:00
- Departure between 09:00 and 11:00
