The exclusive villa in Apulia, called "Bellavista", is located below the town of Ostuni, surrounded by olive trees. The villa was completely rebuilt on the foundations of an old Masseria. On the ground floor are a large and well-equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room, two bedrooms with separate bathrooms, a large living room and a generously designed entrance area. In the basement there are two more bedrooms with a bathroom and a large lounge. The approximately 1-acre private garden with green lawns is surrounded with plants and trees. The heated pool can be reached directly via a small footpath from the terrace of the villa. An incomparable view of the city Ostuni characterizes this villa.
The sandy beaches of Marina di Ostuni and Torre Canne are only 7 km away.
The citta bianca Ostuni is only 2 from the villa and you can reach a restaurant in walking distance (700 metres).

You enjoy in this holiday villa a private pool that is not only very large (15 x 6 metres) but also heated giving you the possibilty to swin from Easter to October.
There is a boarding area which is about 30 cm deep and after a good 2 meters it drops to 1.20 meters going down to 2.00 meters.

All rooms can be heated or cooled. All rooms on the ground floor have direct access to the outside area. An internal staircase and a large staircase connects the basement with the outdoor area and the ground floor. All bathrooms have a large shower, sink and bidet. The entire system is video-monitored.
