Interior Description
When you arrive at the historic villa for rent, Masseria Tufo Bianco, after crossing the short country road, lined with dry stone walls and olive trees, you will find yourself in front of the electric gate. You can choose to park the car in the large dirt area or bring it to the access at the back to conveniently store your suitcases.
Characteristic is the white lime of the external walls and the white "Tufo" from which the historic villa takes its name.
The main entrance will take you into the living area, consisting of a large living room with a relaxation corner, a TV room, and two fireplaces. A little further on, on the left, you will find the large kitchen complete with a hob with five gas burners, the extractor hood, the oven, the sink, the large fridge with freezer, the coffee machine, the microwave, the blender, the crockery and cutlery, the dining table that can accommodate up to 12 diners and a small closet. From the kitchen, you can access the garden and swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests.
To access the sleeping area, you will have to return to the living room, from there you will find two bedrooms in the corridor on the right and the corridor on the left the remaining three bedrooms. All bedrooms have additional independent access from the outside and covered verandas furnished with chairs and tables.
The first room, which you will find on the left, is a room with a star ceiling. A suite with a double bed with two bedside tables with light points on either side, a small desk, a courtesy chair, and a bathroom connected to it. On the main wall, a picture carved in wood. the room with a relaxation area and sofa bed and a kitchenette hide the circular dining table in the furniture. On the right is the bathroom complete with a sink with a mirror, toilet, bidet, and a large shower.
Bedroom 2 has a barrel ceiling, a double bed with headboard, four cushions, and two bedside tables with light points on the side. On the main wall a painting that reminds us of the proximity to the sea with, inlaid in the wood, of sailing boats. Here, too, the pool area is easy to access thanks to the double-leaf French door that opens onto the outside.
Bedroom 3 has a barrel ceiling, a double bed with a headboard, four cushions, and two bedside tables with light points on the side. On the main wall of the nice metal graphics, the wooden wardrobe, and the double door French window with access to the outside. The ensuite bathroom, with a window, consists of a sink with a mirror, a toilet, a bidet, and a large shower with a checkerboard wall.
Again from the living room, we go to the kitchen where there are the service bathroom and laundry with a washing machine. Further along the corridor on the right, you will find the fourth bedroom with a double bed with two bedside tables with light points on the sides and a complete bathroom connected.
Continuing on you will finally find the fifth bedroom with a double bed with two bedside tables and light points and the bathroom complete with a large shower, sink with a mirror, toilet, bidet, and access to the outside thanks to the French door.
Exterior Description
You will be able to access the garden and the pool area, both from the kitchen and from the living room. Under a large veranda, covered with the characteristic reeds, you will find the dining table and various relaxation corners furnished with comfortable seats and sofas, such as the orange grove with umbrellas.
A short distance from the pool, you will find the outdoor bathrooms with showers.
Behind the pool, there is a large wood-burning oven for professional use to accommodate the best pizza chefs at home and, an additional covered veranda closed with windows.
On request, for events and ceremonies, at an additional cost, it is possible to use the industrial kitchen for home chefs or/and for birthdays and small weddings.
