Welcome to Promontory Estate, hosted by Property Manager. Modernly sleek, this large home is a beacon in this expansive private community. Converge in this five bedroom home with dual levels to take in the visionary design. Step in on the second floor to discover the great room lending itself as a platform to the living room hugging the stone fireplace, opening up to the dining area with a table with seating for eight, to the kitchen with lustrous countertops complimenting the pleasant hue of the wood cabinets. Gather around the oversized island for nights in, then perch along the breakfast bar with seating for four. This dynamic open floor plan seeps outside to the deck with another dining table, and views of rolling hills.
With the main bedroom and guest bedroom on the second floor, both with their own ensuites, the three remaining bedrooms coexist downstairs. There are two more guest bedrooms, one with an ensuite, and the other with a hallway ensuite. The bunk room has double bunks, ensuite, and lounge area - delightful for a kid’s oasis. Humming in the center is the game room, complete with pool or ping pong table, Skee ball, arcade game, and TV. Venturing over to the lower lounge, find a full wet bar, round table with seating for six, and an oversized velvet couch for supreme lounging near the fireplace. When the stars come out, bound out to the hot tub on the large patio. Every nook of this home offers a curiously, playful space to immerse in nature.
