Welcome to your 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located in Northshore – just a short walk where you’ll discove from some of Canberra’s best restaurants and bars.
You can access all the property’s amenities throughout your stay. Please read our listing thoroughly to find answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).
BEDROOM:
The bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
Bathroom 1 has a shower and toilet, bathroom 2 has a bath, shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you’re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- microwave
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a 65" smart Samsung TV that you can use. The TV has access to local channels. Note that we don’t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
The residential garage provides parking space for one car. There is also free 2hr street parking - Kerridge Street.
COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
You will have access to the building’s pool and common garden/courtyard/rooftop throughout your stay. Pool heating isn’t ON outside of summer.
The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas.
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
I am available mostly through OTA messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.
I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need me. I can also provide you with tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!
Boasting a myriad of local cafes, bars & restaurants right at your door step as well as convenience stores, hairdressers, beauticians, florists and a bottle shop.
If you come on a Sunday, don’t miss the nearby renowned Bus Depot Markets and keep an eye out for the two pop-up bars you sometimes see as you stroll around the lake. You can even hire a GoBoat and enjoy Canberra from the water. They go from a pier, or for a more sedate experience on the water, the MV Southern Cross offers daily sightseeing cruises that leave from the foreshore at 10 am.
And if you feel like wandering further afield, you can go to Kingston or Manuka Shops or the Jerrabomberra Wetlands. Don’t forget your camera!
Kingston Foreshore is a well-established neighbourhood in Canberra. What makes the Foreshore so unique is the variety of great cafes, restaurants and bars right by the water. Watching the sunrise at one of the many restaurants on the Foreshore will make your stay that much more special!

Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
