Welcome to your 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment located in Kingston Court. Neighbouring the city centre, Lake Burley Griffen & Commonwealth Park, this property is convenient for work or leisure.

BEDROOM:
The bedrooms have queen and double sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The main bathroom has a shower, a bath, and a basin. Note that there is no toilet in the main bathroom- it’s in the powder room. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you’re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to:

- microwave
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a 50" smart TV that you can use. You must use your own login for available smart-related apps. The TV has access to local channels.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
The parking space provides space for 1 car. There is also 2hr free street parking - Tench Street.
COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
You will have access to the building’s tennis court BBQ Area, and pool throughout your stay. All amenities are above ground/open air access located with the entrance to the right of the parking garage ramp.
The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas.
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
I am available mostly through OTA messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.
