The 4-story townhome located in the South Slope district of downtown Asheville, equipped with a private elevator for convenient access to all floors and a roof-top patio. There are 3 separate beds in the home, 1 king in the main bedroom, 1 queen in 2nd bedroom, and a queen in loft.
Step outside your front door to enjoy local breweries, restaurants, and spas, with the Biltmore Estate and Blue Ridge Parkway also conveniently nearby.
Security cameras, for your safety, are located at the front and back exteriors of the property. This is a residential complex; please be mindful of your neighbors.
Two parking spaces are included with the unit. 1 is located inside the private garage (6’8 H, 8’6 W, 17’ L), and the 2nd space is an assigned parking space located behind the townhomes.
Guests will receive an email with detailed instructions regarding access to the vacation rental and any other important information needed. There are only 2 parking spots for the property. If you have more than two vehicles, you are subject to towing. There are long-term residents that live in several of the townhomes.
