This roomy unit boasts two king bedrooms and a queen sofa bed. You’ll want to visit the many nearby restaurants, but your well-appointed kitchen with a large island will make cooking a breeze, and be sure to check out Mast General Store or the French Broad Food Co-op for fun, local ingredients! Biltmore Avenue is a block away and it’s truly the beating heart of downtown Asheville. And after a day of exploring, enjoy your private balcony and some cool mountain breezes!
This condo is located in a secured building that is accessible with a unique PIN. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions).
This unit is pet friendly. There will be a $75 non-refundable pet fee. This will not be included in your payment. Guests will need to contact Towns Property Management, Inc. to provide a credit card for this fee. If Towns Property Management, Inc. has not received this payment prior to check-in, they reserve the right to cancel the reservation and no refund will be issued to the guest.
