The 120 m² Apartment at Beach Townhouses accommodates up to Five (5) guests, and also has an equipped and compact kitchen to add to your stay. Enjoy Porto das Dunas Beach in a practical, comfortable and very cozy apartment.

The Beach Townhouses Condominium offers an excellent structure with swimming pool, parking, 24-hour reception and ample leisure space and plenty of comfort for your best season at the beach. The 120 m² apartment accommodates up to five (5) guests, and also has an equipped and compact kitchen to add to your stay. All of this, with easy access to main roads and in a perfect location for going to the city center, bars and restaurants.

72 hours before check-in, the guest must inform the arrival time and guest data (full name and CPF).

After that, access guidelines will be sent, with passwords for the doors and for the parking space (when space is available).

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • 1. We remind you that your reservation is for a Season Triplex inside the Beach Townhouses II Condominium.
  • 2. Documentation required to register with Property Manager:
  • a) Responsible for booking (Photo or Copy)
  • - RG or Class Functional Identity + CPF or just the CNH Driver's License
  • - Updated proof of residency
  • - Phone, Email and Profession
  • b) Other guests (Photo or Copy)
  • - RG or Class Functional Identity or Driver's License CNH
  • - Accompanied Minor - RG or Birth Certificate or Passport
  • - Unaccompanied Minor - RG or Birth Certificate or Passport + Authorization from the Guardian (request model form)
  • c) Foreigners (Photo or Copy)
  • - DNI / RUT / Passport
  • - Address, Phone, E-mail and Profession
  • 3. Check-in time after 14:00h and Check-out time until 10:00h. Outside these hours, consult conditions with our team.
  • 4. We do not have room service and we do not serve any type of meal or breakfast. However, we can help with the referral of third parties.
  • 5. We do not do daily cleaning. If you want this service, we can provide it. Values ​​on request.
  • 6. Bed and Bath linen available for guests (quantity upon reservation). We do not change bed/bath linen. If you want this service, we can provide it. Values ​​on request.
  • 7. Property has 01 (ONE) parking space.
  • 8. PARTIES are not allowed in the property.
  • 9. Respect the quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Subject to fine - BRL 10,000.00.
  • 11. Pets ARE allowed.
  • 12. No smoking inside the property. Subject to a cleaning fine - BRL 1,000.00.
  • 13. The maximum capacity of the property is 05 guests (including children)
  • - Children from 0 to 11 years old
  • - Adults from 12 years and over
  • 14. Unit and condominium do NOT have a charcoal grill.
  • 15. The opening of the property is done by key.
  • 16. Gas is supplied by the property.
  • 17. Water, toilet paper, detergent and loofah are only provided at check-in.
  • 18. Condominium does not have an elevator.
  • 19. There is no washing machine.
  • 20. It has WIFI.
  • 21. It is not allowed to place clothes on the railings of balconies and windows, subject to a fine of R$ 500.00
  • 22. It is not allowed to adorn (decorate) the balconies and windows, or move furniture in the place, subject to a fine of R$ 500.00
  • - Swimming pool - Every day from 8 am to 8 pm
  • Maximum capacity is 05 people. Surpluses are not allowed under any circumstances.
  • As well as the maximum capacity of people, under no circumstances will parties, get togethers, birthdays or any other type of event be allowed, and the administrator may carry out an inspection without prior notice, request the departure of the property and consider breach of contract/conduct without return of the amount paid;
  • * Security Deposit - Breakdowns/Breach of Rules - BRL 0.00
  • - Refund Deposit if any is up to 72 hours after check-out.
  • * Cleaning Fee - BRL 120.00
  • - The fee is charged to deliver the property clean, organized and washed trousseau (bed and bath). Upon departure, we request that the property be delivered under similar conditions.
  • They are allowed.
  • The host called Pedro or his team of caretakers who live in the condominium are responsible for reading energy and handing over the keys. Any difficulty, doubt or problem during the stay they can be contacted. And even then our support is at your disposal.
  • Property has one (1) parking space.
  • The concierge is 24 hours. Our team sends the necessary information to the concierge. Thus, it is necessary to present the identity to release access.
  • Wear an ID wristband that is provided by the resort.

  • 1. Turn off lights, TVs and air conditioners. No need to turn off the fridge.
  • 2. Remove the garbage from the house (kitchen, bathroom). Place your trash in the hallway in front of the property's entrance, in a door next to the elevator.
  • 3. Wash the dishes (no need to dry and/or store)
  • 4. If you have wet clothes, leave them out.
