Comfortable apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which can accommodate up to 4 adults + 2 children under 14 years age. This apartment was partially renovated in 2020 and presents a harmonious blend of Tyrolean and modern style. The property consists of two double rooms (one of them with a single sofa bed), both with their own balcony access, two bathrooms with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet, and a living room with kitchenette and single sofa bed. There are two balconies, one with a view of the Dolomites and one with a view of the forest. The kitchenette has a dishwasher, hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and much more. The apartment is located on a high floor and can be reached by stairs only. Wi-Fi, linen and towels are provided free of charge. In winter you will find the ski bus approx. 300 metres from the house, which connects you to the Saslong/Sochers cable cars or the Ciampinoi in just a few stops. Regular buses also stop 300 metres from the house and will take you to the respective centres of Selva and Santa Cristina in just a few minutes. In summer, the centre of Selva can also be reached on foot in approx. 10 minutes, using a small path through the forest as a shortcut. This wonderful house surrounded by nature is only a few steps away from the wood and the first mountain paths, as well as the hiking trails, which start directly in front of the apartment. You can also relax, admiring the majestic Dolomites in the large communal garden. Of course you will also find parking, ski storage, Wi-Fi, linen and towels. Check-Out: In person from 8:00-9:00 at Property Manager office in Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei (except houses with code access) Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance. Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C) Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by Property Manager and at a variable extra cost. In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows). It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply. Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed. The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay. The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€. If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the Property Manager office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection. The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
