The main living space intertwines smartly between the living room wrapping around the kitchen, and dining space, all playing nicely to create an open space. Plush leather seating, and wood accents encompass the living room for relaxed comfort. Inviting and modern, the corner kitchen with its open floor plan, and peek-through to the dining room is perfect for nights in for dinner. Seating for four at the table, or two nearby at the breakfast bar lends to various dining options, or a place to sit around during cocktail hour. Surprising pops of color make for a charming sense of space amongst this home. Tuck back into the two bedrooms, both with their own ensuites. Thoughtful comfort, and soft accents make for cozy sleeping arrangements. Wake up to the stirring of the quiet streets, and venture out for a bite to eat from Butcher and the Baker. Wander the streets to admire the historic homes on the way to Main Street for shopping, galleries, and restaurants, such as Floradora Saloon, and the Alpinist and the Goat. After a long day of adventuring, jaunt the short way home to unwind and prepare for another day of lasting vacation memories. BL# 022880 BEDROOM DETAILS - Bedroom One - Main - King bed, TV, ensuite with steam shower - Bedroom Two - Guest - King bed, TV, ensuite with tub/shower combo WHAT WE LOVE - Unbeatable location for skiing and hiking experiences. - Walkable to shops and restaurants. - Sharing drinks with the locals at the Oak. WHAT TO KNOW - Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. - The maximum occupancy is 4 people. - The maximum number of cars at the property is 1. - This home could allow up to two dogs with final approval from Property Manager. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing a pet, emotional support animal, or service animal when booking. All details need to be submitted via text message or email for approval. The pet cleaning fee is $150 per animal and the pet rental fee is $50/night per animal. Pet fees will be added to the reservation after approval and are non-refundable. - This home is for sale, and showings may occur during reservations. 24 hour notice will be given, if possible. WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING - Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed. - If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival. - For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. - The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information. - Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
