The fourth bedroom has a king bed and has access to the private downstairs patio. The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen. The dining room table will comfortably accommodate 8 people plus another 8 at the lanai outdoor table, or 3 at the expansive kitchen island.
