The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure. A modern, recently build 4-bedroom villa with a fabulous private pool and lush green gardens. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and the property offers the ideal accommodation for a family or group of friends to enjoy a wonderful stay on the Cote d’Azur. Villa Bianco is set in extensive grounds and offers spacious flat lawned gardens in a beautiful green setting. The house is laid out over 2 floors with all the bedrooms on the first floor, together with 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The ground floors offers a beautiful, contemporary open space living/dining area and leads onto the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances one could need. On the first floor there is a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The other bedrooms (two doubles and 1 kids bedroom) share a family bathroom. From the main living areas, large ceiling to floor bay windows open up to the pool area with its surrounding terraces and outdoor lounge / summer kitchen. It’s the ideal setting for lazy summer days where one will enjoy a dip in the pool, al fresco dining and total peace of mind. Guests will also enjoy a boules court and table tennis table. There is ample car parking available and nearby shops and amenities are just a short drive away. It’s roughly 10/15 min to the city of Grasse, 20 min to the lake and a 30/40 minute drive down to the coast, all together a great hub to explore the region.
