There are 5 bedrooms, each designed with a fun and creative theme that you are certain to love. There are 4 and a half bathrooms. The first floor has a king bed, kitchenette, and an en suite with access to the backyard. On the 2nd floor, you have a half bath, living room with a balcony, kitchen, and a bedroom with a king bed and En suite. The 3rd floor has a master king bed with an en suite, a guest bedroom with a queen bed and twin loft bed, the other guest room has a full-over-double bunk bed. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
