The apartment features a fully equipped open-space kitchen with a living area, ideal for spending pleasant moments together. The double bedroom offers maximum comfort thanks to the walk-in wardrobe and private bathroom with bathtub. A second bedroom with separate beds and an additional shower bathroom.
The property is located directly on Strada Nova, the main pedestrian artery of Venice, rich with shops, restaurants and services: a lively and extremely convenient location for moving easily around the city. Moreover, it is situated just 2 minutes from the Ca’ d’Oro vaporetto stop, served by line 1, which allows reaching St. Mark’s Square in about 20 minutes, as well as the train and bus stations in a simple and direct manner.
Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required and a rental contract will be compiled and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests’ name as a guarantee for damages.
