The Home
The Belle I apartment in the city center is ideal for visiting San Sebastián. It is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator, on San Marcial street, just a few steps from Loiola street and the San Martín market.
It has a living room with a charming gazebo and a small balcony. The rooms have two single beds each. One of them has a small balcony facing the street and the other has access to a terrace where you can enjoy the outdoors. The kitchen is American, and has a small dining table and all kinds of appliances. Finally, both bathrooms have a shower tray. The apartment has heating and free WIFI.
The area where it is located is completely central and a few steps away from La Concha Beach.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
