On the second floor, you will find three thoughtfully designed bedrooms, each equipped with a cozy queen bed. Additionally, there are two full bathrooms on this floor, complete with tub/shower combos for your convenience. For added relaxation and enjoyment, head up to the third floor where you can unwind in the inviting hot tub or engage in a friendly game of cornhole on the outdoor patio. The outdoor seating area and fire pit create an inviting atmosphere for gathering and socializing with your loved ones. In this digital age, we understand the importance of remote work, which is why we have provided a desk and three chairs, perfect for any remote workers in your group. Parking is a breeze with dedicated parking available on the gravel lot behind the house, accommodating up to 2 cars. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for you to whip up scrumptious meals or enjoy a quick snack between your adventures. We pride ourselves on being dog-friendly, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. A pet fee of $125 per stay applies, and we kindly request that your furry friends are crate trained, not left unattended, and that you clean up after them. Please note that our maximum occupancy is strictly 14 guests, and we kindly ask that there are no daytime guests or parties held on the premises. Absolutely no parties- PLEASE respect our home. We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled.
