Property Manager presents Four Oaks, a 3 bedroom detached cottage ideally located overlooking Saundersfoot' beach and harbour and just a few minutes walk from the village centre.
Occupying a slightly elevated position above Saundersfoot, Four Oaks boasts wonderful views across Saundersfoot bay, harbour and beach. The enviable location just outside of the village centre offers a peaceful setting that is only a few minutes easy walk to Saundersfoots' award winning beach, picturesque harbour and delightful array of independent shops, restaurants , cafes and pubs.
The seaside town of Tenby is just a 10 minute drive away and Four Oaks is centrally located for enjoying the best of Pembrokeshire's diverse beaches and coastal path as well as family attractions such as Heatherton, Folly Farm, The Dinosaur Park and Oakwood.
The cottage itself provides a homely retreat for couples and families with a large garden and patio that is ideally placed for enjoying the commanding coastal views. Three living areas mean the cottage is perfect for extended families holidaying together and 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome, so that no-one needs to be left behind!
Four Oaks enters into the porch which leads to the hallway with doors to the downstairs accommodation and stairs up to the bedrooms.
Lounge: Comfortable sofa seating. TV with Freeview. Door to the conservatory with further sofa seating and spectacular sea and village views. French doors lead out to the raised garden area from where the beautiful views can also be enjoyed.
Kitchen: Well-equipped with everything you will need for your self-catering holiday including fridge-freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, and dishwasher.
Dining Area: Comfortable dining seating for up to 6 people. French doors lead out to the furnished patio, perfectly placed to enjoy the scenic views and sounds of the sea.
Utility: Washing machine and basin.

Bedroom 1: King-sized bed. Large windows perfectly capture the far reaching coastal views. TV with Freeview.
Bedroom 2: Double bed. Window with views over the bustling village.

Outside, the large sloping garden with patio area offers a peaceful space to relax at the end of a busy day exploring the coast. To the front there is parking for up to 2 cars.
Two well-behaved dogs welcome.

Mid-week and weekend breaks are available outside of main season and at other times where there is late availability (please contact us if you cannot find the break you are looking for).
