Its luxe bathroom features a corner, walk-in shower, with adjacent clawfoot tub, along with tufted stool seating, a water closet, and dual sinks in a glamorous setting. Two second-floor queen suites feature gorgeous bed linens, high ceilings, and coastal accents. On the first level, one bedroom features a queen bed with twin bunk overhead and a private bathroom, while a huge bunk room with queen bed, twin bed and bunk bed sleeps up to five and has its own bath with two showers! If a pet is seen entering Sea Forever on the exterior cameras the homeowner and/or Property Manager has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night. There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen on camera entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter’s "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home. *Please be advised there is construction beside this property.
