This wonderful villa has 3 ensuite bedrooms, each with a King-sized bed and fully Air-con. Each private bathroom has a walk-in shower.
As you enter the villa, you will notice the lovely living room. There is a large tv lounge area combined with a fully westernized kitchen to offer a perfect area for your family or a small group of friends. The living room looks out onto the beautiful garden and pool, which is also ideal for outdoor dining experiences and perfect for a BBQ.
This spacious Villa is ideally located in Maenam Soi 1. All amenities are within easy reach such as the beautiful beaches, Fishermans Village, and Chaweng is only a short drive away.
Maid service is included half day (4 hours) 5 times per week.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
