Welcome to Pakal, a private and quiet area within Playa del Carmen.
This large house with wonderful mexican accents will surely impress. With over 4000 sq ft/370 sq mtrs, the villa has 4 large bedrooms with another small bedroom for added sleeping space.
Arriving at the property, you’ll notice the lush greenery and welcoming front yard. There is parking for two vehicles in the front yard and more street parking available as well. Walking through the front door, you’ll be greeted by the oversized front entrance. At the front of the house, you’ll find the first bedroom with two queen beds and full ensuite bathroom. This is a great bedroom for anyone with mobility issues as it is the only large bedroom on the main floor.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
