La Bastide Les Mouettes is a traditional house, nestled in the heart of the Collet Redon district, a stone’s throw from the Garonne and Oursinières beaches in Le Pradet. It is also located not far from the Colle Noire massif, its hills and its maquis, which you can explore on foot without difficulty and thus admire breathtaking views of the Giens peninsula, Cap Sicié,... at any time of the day.
Built in the 18th century for the central part, the 450m2 villa with blue shutters was refurbished by an English lord and an Italian count in the 1950s. They organized big parties there and it is rumored that Brigitte Bardot would have danced there!
You will appreciate its large south-facing garden sheltered from the Mistral and its Mediterranean species, its barbecue area, its secure swimming pool, its playground for children, the pétanque court and the hammock, pleasant at nap time or at the end of of day. The terrace has a pergola where it is good to have lunch in the shade of the wisteria.
Inside, a first floor dedicated to bedrooms divided into two parts can accommodate two families or separate the sleeping area for parents from that for children. Spacious, functional and comfortable, the villa Les Mouettes is the product that will suit travelers wishing to maintain privacy, while sharing privileged moments with friends or family.
