Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,No charcoal in the gas grill.
- No bubbles, oils, lotions, bath salts, etc in the hot tub.
- Please do not wear high heels, spiked heels, golf cleats, or other abrasive footwear on wooden floors that will leave scratches and dents!
- Minimum age to rent this cabin is 25. All guests that book will be required to sign a rental agreement PDF.
- Guest acknowledges that no refunds will be made for early departures or delayed arrivals. Further, no refunds or schedule changes will be made due to inclement weather.,Start: 22:00, End: 8:00
