"First time in Madeira and will definitely be back. Made even more memorable by the accommodation. The location was superb. The view of Funchal was breathtaking. Although our plane was almost 2 hours late we were met at the property at around 11pm and had everything we needed to know explained to us."

Ten minutes walking distance, you can find the pleasant Lido garden and the Lido swimming complex, with a swimming pool, direct sea access, and bar - the perfect spot for families. You can also choose to go for a walk through the Lido Promenade until Praia Formosa. Black sand and pebble beach, just two and a half kilometers away.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
