Located 45 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from the city of Funchal, in the vicinity of Casa Mozart II you will find a mini market, pharmacy, bank and some cafes. A 5 minute drive you will find the center of the beautiful village of Calheta, with a very active cultural life, a white sand beach and a supermarket. Take the opportunity to spend the day on one of the beaches in Jardim do Mar or Paul do Mar and enjoy a snack and a drink at the end of the day in one of the dining spaces that they have to offer.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
