This home is located between (2) very desirable areas in Colorado Springs—Garden of the Gods Park and Old Colorado City. The rock formations of the Park are world-renowned and nearly as many people travel to its gentle trails and spectacular views as they do to the Grand Canyon—and for good reason. Also close, the local artisan shops and quality dining of Old Colorado City offer additional entertainment just down the road. From a practical perspective, there are grocery stores within just a few blocks of this home and access to major roadways including the Interstate is exceptionally easy. From here travel north to the US Air Force Academy; south to the Broadmoor or Cheyenne Mountain Zoo; east to Downtown or the Airport and perhaps best of all—west toward the Mountains, Manitou Springs and Pikes Peak, "America's Mountain." Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
