Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm. - Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: 1. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in. We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. - House Rules Required - ~There is a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest ~No Smoking - we charge a $1000 fine for smoking We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay. AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in. - NO SMOKING in this home. - After using the dryer please clean out the dryer lint trap/screen. - Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm and end at 7:00AM per city ordinance. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city’s area. -We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
