Luxury apartment in the heart of Rome just 2 minutes walk from the Spanish Steps.
Luminosity and elegance characterize Leone V which is composed of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (4 of which are in the room) and which can accommodate up to 10 people. The entrance leads to both the living room and the end of the corridor to the laundry room, the kitchen and three bedrooms. Four large windows illuminate the large living room, giving a magnificent view of Palazzo Torlonia and Via Bocca di Leone. Two large and comfortable sofas are arranged around a large gas fireplace, which together with the rest of the furniture confirms the Apulian and Sardinian origins of the family of the property. Next to the living room is the main bedroom, with one double and one single bed, which houses a large dressing room and a bathroom with a bathtub. Continuing on, there is a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and coffee machine. Subsequently, there is the smaller bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom with a small shower. Finally, the third bedroom with a large window with a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. Inside there is a dressing room and the third bathroom.
The living room is connected to the other wing of the apartment. The communicating door leads you to a spacious bedroom. Inside there is a large dressing room that leads to the bathroom with a bathtub. To the right of the corridor there is another living room equipped with comfortable sofas and a dining area and characterized by the presence of a large gas fireplace.
The living room leads to a small hallway that leads to another bedroom and to the kitchen. Inside the bedroom there is a small study illuminated by a large window from which there is access to a private balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. The last bathroom is located inside the bedroom. Next to the kitchen there is a charming breakfast area characterized by a large window overlooking the internal courtyard. From here there is access to the laundry room where the washing machine is located.
The apartment is equipped with all comforts including: satellite TV, DVD, telephone, hairdryer in every bathroom, air conditioning, central heating, WIFI internet connection. The building has an elevator and a large internal courtyard.
