Rent this NEWLY renovated family home in the “West side” of Jacksonville! This house is only a 7 minute drive from NAS Jax’s main gate, and a 20 minute drive from both the Shoppes of Avondale and the Orange Park Mall. It is cozy and cute - perfect for close friends, family (and pets) to enjoy a stay for a night, a month, or even longer! Also includes an in unit washer dryer and on site parking so it is fantastic for longer terms for families with kids or groups with several cars. This is a cozy 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, a full sized kitchen, and an on site washer/dryer. It is get for a family or a small group of friends. It is also fantastic for pet owners since there is an ample backyard. Guests have the entire space to themselves. A car is HIGHLY recommended for this part of Jax although you may also be able to get by with using ride sharing services such as Lyft/Uber. PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO BOOKING IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO REVIEW RENTAL AGREEMENT. We charge for additional guests above a fixed amount. This amount and additional charge varies by unit type, size, and configuration. If you input the correct guest count when you make your reservation the amount the booking site indicated as the total cost will not change (due to guest count). We ask for confirmation of guest count after you complete your booking. If you need to increase your guest count after booking confirmation due to a booking error, this could result in a price increase. Finally, we verify guest count via external cameras located on our properties. In the event that we notice a guest count at the property that is higher than reported, we reserve the right to ask for additional guest fees that would be double the amount we would have charged prior to check-in. Kindly refer to the following guidelines regarding fees for extra guests: Studio & 1 BR units - $25 per guest/night after 2 guests (i.e. 3 guests would be $25/night extra and 4 guests would be $50/night extra) 2 BR units - $30 per guest/night after 4 guests (i.e. 5 guests would be $30/night extra and 6 guests would be $60/night extra) 3 BR unit - $35 per guest/night after 6 guests (i.e. 7 guests would be $35/night extra and 8 guests would be $70/night extra) 4 BR units - $40 per guest/night after 8 guests (i.e. 9 guests would be $40/night extra and 10 guests would be $80/night extra) 5 BR+ units - $45 per guest/night after 10 guests (i.e. 11 guests would be $45/night extra and 12 guests would be $90/night extra) We are pet friendly and charge $50 per night per pet for short term stays. For longer stays, I charge $250 per week and $500 per month per pet. If you are booking with us and are bringing a pet please let us know ahead of time! This fee is non-negotiable for any animal. This fee is not included in the accommodation fare rate. We will send a request for the additional funds once the number of pets is confirmed after booking. There is in unit laundry in the home. Events/parties are strictly prohibited and will result in a $1000 fine. A party / event is in effect any time the guest count exceeds either the maximum allowable on the property or the amount of guests booked. A TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, ESPN+ and an HDTV antenna is available but there is NO CABLE. Also, Saturday check-ins and check-outs are (generally) not allowed unless you are booking a stay that is >7 days, with the exception of some specific weekends (FL-GA and TPC Sawgrass weekends are a few examples). We may allow an exception to this policy (depending on the specific weekend and season) but reserve the right not to do so or to ask you to modify of cancel a reservation starting or ending on a Saturday. The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (I often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed): 1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $25 1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $50 2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $75 3+ hr early arrival/late departure: $100 or the cost of an additional night’s stay, whichever is more These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes my cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guest’s arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which I hold them to. ***Finally, smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property - inside the bungalow or in any outdoor areas*** ***If we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash on flat surfaces, empty cigarette packs, etc.) we will assess a $500 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee*** For guests requiring a pack n play, high chair, or any other non-standard item, please submit your request at least 7 days before check-in to ensure availability. If the request is made less than 7 days prior to check-in, we will make every effort to accommodate it, but cannot guarantee availability.
