Each floor has separate bedrooms and baths, so it’s recommended for groups.
Very convenient for using the Yamanote Line. Perfect for sightseeing in Tokyo, 7 minutes walk from Tamachi Station and 7 minutes walk from Hamamatsucho Station. It is in a good location that is very easy to find from the station.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- ○Please check in after 4pm on the day of your reservation and check out by 11am. We will also make arrangements for cleaning companies, etc., so please be punctual.
- ○When checking out, please remember to return your room key and the Wi-Fi device in rooms equipped with Pocket Wi-Fi.
- ○Please note that linens and other supplies cannot be taken home by mistake.
