Enjoy the peacefulness of El Cortez on Mustang Island, just three miles south of Port Aransas. You will love the open floor plan and spacious living room and bedrooms with ocean life décor carried throughout this two-story home. Cable and Wi-Fi are available. Gather everyone in the living room to watch a movie on the TV while lounging on the couches that convert into 2 single beds. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals such as spacious countertops, stainless steel appliances, a regular drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. Enjoy meals at the dining table with seating for five and additional seating for six at the breakfast bar. Take your coffee out to the private patio to sip in the ocean breeze. The downstairs master bedroom (BR1) consists of a queen bed, nightstands, a chest and a closet. The ensuite bathroom holds a vanity and a tiled shower. Venture upstairs to the second bedroom (BR2) made up of a Queen bed, nightstand, a chest, and a TV. The ensuite bathroom contains a vanity and tiled tub/shower unit. The loft area is made up of two Twin beds, a nightstand, TV, and movies for the kids. **No washer/dryer in the unit** Use the golf cart accessible boardwalk to spend a day at the beach. Cool off in the shared pool, a short walk from this unit, or sit under the covered area with shared charcoal grills for cooking up the day’s catch. El Cortez is just five minutes from Port Aransas offering a variety of restaurants, shops, nightlife and fishing charters.
