Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
  • For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

  • Though the villa is right in front of the beach, it is a little higher up and it will take you a couple of minutes to walk to where you can access safely.
  • Please note that the sea here is not considered “swimmable”, though people can wade or play in the waves at their own risk when the sea is calmer.
  • Access to a private Beach Club with self-service BBQ grill, living area and dining area for 18 people (villa’s chef can prepare dinner there upon request).
  • Those traveling with staff members should inquire about availability of an additional staff only bedroom, which has 2 twin beds and a kitchenette.
  • As is typical of a home in a lush area of the tropics, wildlife and insects should be expected. This villa is regularly fumigated; however, insects are possible in outdoor areas and if doors are left open, especially during the rainy season.
  • Construction is taking place next door to the villa to build a small event space. Some noise may be heard.
