Aransas Harbors #231 is newly remodeled and new to our Property Manager family. This beautifully decorated second-floor condo has an open floor plan with a view of the shared pool/hot tub and grilling area from the balcony, a perfect place for sipping your morning coffee. Entertain in the open living room while relaxing on the comfortable, overstuffed sofa with plush pillows, (which also is a sleeper sofa), a matching armchair with an ottoman, and two additional ottomans for extra seating while watching the large screen TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. Adjacent is the dining table with seating for four. Practice your culinary skills in the galley-style kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances, granite counter space, a Keurig, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. The guest bedroom (BR1) provides a brand-new Sealy Posturepedic King-sized bed, nightstands, a closet, and a wall-mounted TV. The guest hall bathroom is made up of a vanity and tub/shower with a detachable handheld showerhead. The laundry room sits at the end of the hall with the use of a full-size washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board during your stay. The master bedroom (BR2) consists of a brand-new Sealy Posturepedic king-size bed, a small desk with a chair, a TV, nightstands, and a closet. The ensuite bathroom contains a separate vanity from the tub/shower to make it easy for couples to get ready at the same time. The bathroom also has private access to the laundry room. This condo is sure to aid in some much-needed relaxation with touches of island life decor carried throughout. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and nightlife are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.
