Tropics on Tenth is a remodeled concrete, detached condo with a rooftop terrace that provides a panoramic view of Port Aransas. The first floor is an open floor plan great for gathering the family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, open shelving, a regular drip coffee maker and a dining table with seating for six. For your convenience, the laundry room houses a full-size, stackable washer and dryer, ironing board, iron and extra stools for seating. The living room is adorned with a flamingo-covered wall and comprised of a large turquoise sectional and accent chair, made for relaxing and watching movies on the wall-mounted TV. The downstairs bedroom (BR1) consists of a King bed, a Twin daybed with a Twin pull-out trundle, nightstands and wall-mounted TV. The hall bathroom has a vanity and tub/shower. Upstairs you will find an additional living space with a sofa sleeper, two chairs, games and a wall-mounted TV. The bunk room (BR2) is made up of a Twin over Full bunk bed, chest and a wall-mounted TV. The hall bathroom contains a vanity and tub/shower. The guest room (BR3) contains a King bed and wall-mounted TV. The master suite (BR4) is made up of a King bed, wall-mounted TV and an en-suite bathroom with a vanity and shower.
